After we have come to agreement on price the next step is simple, our team will write up a one page Agreement that is then sent to your email using Docusign. We will go over every word on the agreemet and then both approve the Purchase and Sale document.

After the Agreement is approved our process starts. We will first send the document out to a Title company that will order a Title search on the Property. Next we will schedule one of our partners to go walk the Property and make sure everything is as expected. In these inspections we are looking for things like slope, wetlands, protected species and anything that can affect development.

Our offers are a mixture of current market conditions and past off market sales in the area. Our goal is to come to a fair price agreement that gives the seller an advantage over selling with other investors and cash buyers. Our offers do reflect a lower figure then what land selling for on market. This is a discount most sellers are willing to give for the ease of the transaction.
